Exchange, Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Exchange Period
- Exchanges are accepted within 4 days of delivery.
- Items must be in new, unused condition, with original tags and packaging intact.
2. Exchange Process
- Exchanges are available for items received in damaged condition, incorrect size, or faulty merchandise.
- To initiate an exchange, customers must email us at magixclothingin@gmail.com with proof of the issue (e.g., product photos).
- Exchanges apply only to items purchased directly from our official website.
- Unused items returned in their original condition and packaging qualify for an exchange.
3. Exchange Conditions
- Orders placed during sales, with coupons, or discounts are non-exchangeable.
- Accessories, shades, and customized items cannot be exchanged.
- If the size received matches the order but does not fit, an exchange can be requested with a standard fee of βΉ199.
- If the customer changes their mind, an exchange can still be processed with the applicable exchange fee.
4. Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us.
- If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. In such cases, you may initiate an exchange once the item is delivered.
5. Refunds
- Refunds are available if the order is cancelled within the 24-hour window and the product has not been shipped.
- Refunds will also be issued if the product is out of stock after purchase.
- Refunds is not offered β only exchanges are available.
