Return & Refund Policy
1. Exchange Period:
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be in new, unused condition, with original tags and packaging intact.
2. Exchange Process:
Exchanges are facilitated for items received in damaged condition, incorrect size, or faulty merchandise.
To initiate an exchange, customers must contact us via email at
magixclothingin@gmail.com, providing proof of the issue, such as photos of the product. Exchanges are only applicable for items purchased directly from our official website.
Unused items returned in their original condition and packaging qualify for an exchange.
3. Exchange Conditions:
Orders placed during sales, using coupons or discounts are eligible for exchange. Accessories, shades, and customised items are non-exchangeable. If the size received matches the order but doesn’t fit, an exchange can be requested within 7 days hassle-free exchange. If the customer changes their mind and no longer wants the product, an exchange will be processed within 7 days hassle-free exchange.
4. Cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us.
5. Refunds:
Refunds are available in the following cases:
If the customer cancels the order within the 24-hour window and the product hasn’t been shipped.
If the product is out of stock after the purchase has been made.Refunds will be processed.
